Baby DVDs for Accelerated Learning
Baby DVDs have been used for for babies and children by many parents and we have a new series designed and developed by a mother for her own children. This is a series of two 20-day baby DVDs for left and right-brain stimulation and learning. Baby DVDs are programmed to cycle automaticaly, so you can sit and watch and repeat the words with your baby. Baby DVDs can be used as a parent-child activity or as a stand-alone program.

Over 1,100 images and pictures of baby DVD flashcards, with sound and voice-overs for 40 days of baby flashcards programs that can be played anytime. The 20-Day baby flash cards program is a pre-set program for parents to flash a variety of cards to their children without always repeating the same cards.
The aim of the 20-Day and Super Speed program is to stimulate the left and right brain of your child on a regular basis, with you participating. If you skip some days it is ok, just remember that it is important for your child to receive continuous and consistent stimulation in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Left-brain dominance results in linear, logical thoughts and recall is correlated to the degree of repetition and 'rote' learning associated with a concept or set of facts. Hence problem solving can be achieved but is based on what has been methodically repeated and consciously classified as 'important'. This rote style learning is difficult in young children, which is why people assume early teaching is not feasible.
However in right-brain solution solving the right-brain intuitively reaches the correct answers, without always being able to explain the logical steps that should have been taken to reach them.
Baby DVD and Right-brain learning
The baby DVD series in in is two parts for each DVD. Left and Right-brain flash cards are used in each series. We designed this based on the research around learning and right-brain learning methods already in use. The speed of learning is an important contributor to stimulation of the brain areas. Put simply, MRI's show that the faster the stimulation, the larger are the areas of the brain that are stimulated. Our approach in right-brain flash card learning is to
not focus on the actual image, but on stimulating the brain
processing in the right-brain segments, so image and text adds more
complexity to the image and processing required, without
disassociating image and meaning. We use the same images in the left-brain flash card sequences to maintain continuity of learning within each baby DVD image set.
